Landing in Uganda
We took off from LAX in a very nice British Airways Club World seat. I never flew in club world before and neither had Leo. Very nice indeed! The lay flat seats have dividers between them that you can lower and raise.
Once we arrived we were met by Warren from Kazinga Tours. He was the person I dealt with to set up our tour. Habib, our guide was with him. They were really excited to meet us as you can see. We sat down and went over the itinerary.

Once all the details were covered we were off. We decided to leave Kampala and not even stay a night in the city. We wanted to get right into the safari parks so from the airport we drove about 4-5 hrs passing the equator along the way. At the equator there is a monument of sorts for pictures as well as a few crafts stores. Certainly worth a stop. some of the crafts are really nice and not that expensive.
